Montreal City Tour

Greetings in the Name of the Lord.

We are so blessed to have Lifeteams across Canada doing the work of the Lord. One example is our amazing Lifeteam in Montreal. He has developed an amazing team that had been hitting the streets of Montreal. Please read this short blog about the work they are doing in Montreal.

"After a life-changing trip to Toronto to preach the Gospel, the Montreal LifeTeam led by Andrew Cho decided that we needed to do something different to keep the fire of God blazing in our hearts. Often times, it has been said that missionaries go out into neighbouring cities, provinces/states or even other countries to minister the Gospel, while the people in their own backyard are forgotten. As a young, emerging ministry, we knew that we wanted to be the group of believers who did things differently and left no sheep behind. So, we took on the challenge to visit each of the 29 boroughs of Montreal, to make sure that the Gospel is preached in our hometown. 

Mapping out the routes was simple: we went online and grabbed the list of boroughs straight off of the government website, and tweaked it accordingly. Each week, we carefully selected meetup points and posted the locations on our social media platforms.

Every single day that we meet, people from all over the city join us to preach the Gospel. This was an unexpected way that the Lord used to grow the Lifeteam even further.

What is more exciting, is that we were and are continuing to see souls added to the Kingdom each day. At the last count, we had at least 11 people who knowingly surrendered their lives to the Lord. We have baptized 5 people since the beginning of the tour, and we are only halfway done! As for healings, we have lost count of the number of healings that were administered to hurting people (both physically and emotionally). You can find testimony videos on our pages of those who were willing to tell the world about the physical healings they received from God through us during the city tour. One of the most remarkable healings that I saw, was this man who was demon-possessed and had pain in his body. After a group of the Lifeteam members prayed for him in the Cote-des-Neiges park, his entire countenance changed. He became so filled with joy, the pain left his body, and he willingly decided to follow Jesus Christ as  his Lord. 

We invite everyone to pray for us as we continue on this journey. We know that it is only the beginning of something great that God is doing in Montreal. We are the change that we want to see in our city. Despite everything that is happening in the world around us, we know that greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. It is such an honor and privilege for us to be used by God during this season. We look forward to setting more people free in Jesus' name!"

What a testimony! We are so blessed to be working with such amazing people that are doing the Word of God and being a light in a dark world. We pray for a continued response to the Gospel as many people give their lives to Jesus.
