Who We Are
Here at JGLM Canada we know that the Body of Christ has been given all authority by Jesus Christ to crush the works of the devil. We aspire to grow up and grow others up into Jesus Christ, so that we can fulfill Romans 16:20 which says that the God of peace will soon crush Satan underneath OUR feet! He is a defeated foe!
Demons and Deliverance Calgary
We know there are many ministries out there who have been sharing about demons and deliverance, but there's one important aspect we find most are missing. The authority of the Believer over satan and his demons. You don't have to be a special anointed person, or in the five fold ministry to have dominion over satan. Testimonies
We love testimonies because we love to glorify the name of Jesus and we want to the Body of Christ to be encouraged. We want the Church to see what Christ is doing and can do, in, and through His Body!
Ministry During Lunch Break
On one of the lunch breaks we ministered to 4 people. The first was a lady we met just got out of hospital. We prayed for her and then as we were about to leave, one of the ladies with me asked her if she would like to come to the conference. She couldn’t. We then asked her if she would like to be free of addictions and she said yes, so we started to pray for deliverance. She felt much better after she said she felt lighter, we pressed on for a while.
(Isaiah 52:7 KJV) "How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!"
We spoke to a man walking by and he said he was going back to hospital because he had his head shaved because he had lice. He knows a pastor that does outreach in Winnipeg and he looked pretty rough. We asked him if he wanted prayer and we prayed for him and ministered to him. We gave him our contact info and he felt noticeably better after we prayed.
(2 Corinthians 5:18 KJV) "And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;"
As we were going back to our cars we spotted two more men in the parking lot and they started to walk towards us. We asked them if they needed help. One guy had been drinking some type of alcohol, so we asked them if they needed prayer. The other guy was drinking Red Bull but wanted to stop addiction to alcohol, so I prayed for him and he was thankful.
(Luke 4:18 KJV) "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,"
Healing During Ministry Time
During the ministry time a woman came up for prayer. She had a list of problems in her body, and as she spoke I heard the Holy Spirit remind me that I didn’t need to speak over every individual problem. After she finished sharing with me, I spoke healing and freedom over her mind and body from head to toe. I went back to check on her later and she shared that she felt electricity going throughout her entire body and she knew that she was healed. I emphasized to her that she is healed by the power and authority of Jesus Christ!
(Matthew 4:23 KJV) "And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people."
Free from Insomnia
Pastor Marty asked people who were dealing with insomnia and sleep issues to come up for ministry. One man who went up for prayer has been noticeably sleeping better since being ministered over.
(Psalm 4:8 KJV) "I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety."
Launched into Mission Trip
After hearing Pastor Marty preach over the days of this conference, a pastor who was in attendance was encouraged to go on a mission trip to Pakistan! He had been unsure about going but received confirmation and is excited about going!
(Mark 16:15-16 KJV) "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned."
We want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came together to make this conference life changing! Thank you so much also to Hope Church YYC for working with us to host our meeting at their facility and to their team who did a phenomenal job of taking care of us and also joining us! We know that the seeds planted in Calgary have already begun to bear good fruit.
